By registering for the Garuti PLACE workshop, you agree to these Terms of Service.

The workshop

The workshop is a live, interactive session delivered over Zoom. Seat availability is limited. We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule with notice; in that event your registration will be honored for the new date or refunded if paid.

VIP training purchase ($27)

If you upgrade to the VIP Content Command Center training, your purchase is subject to the following:

• Training access: Delivered by email within 15 minutes of purchase. Lifetime access; the link is yours to keep.
• One purchase per email. Duplicate purchases will be automatically refunded.

Acceptable use

The training materials are for your personal professional use. Do not redistribute, resell, or share login credentials. We reserve the right to revoke access for abuse.

Intellectual property

All workshop content, training videos, and written materials are the property of Garuti PLACE. You may apply the concepts in your business; you may not republish the content.

Limitation of liability

We make no guarantees of specific income or business outcomes. Real estate success depends on many factors beyond training. We are not liable for decisions you make based on the content.
